Dr. Mark V. Levi has notched up over 28 years of experience and knowledge within the dental industry. Almost 20 of those years in Darlinghurst.

Mark started his career in a small practice in the western suburbs where he worked with one of the most well respected dentists in the industry. Mark then moved onto his own practice with a busy office full of dentists, hygienists and dental nurses. Also attached was a medical centre with many full-time doctors. After owning and managing such a busy office, Mark decided he needed to get back to the important things that matter, and that was quality of care for his patients.

In a large office and a fast paced world, it is easy to overlook the things that patients need most when coming to the dentist; individual quality care and attention; and to be treated like more than merely a number.

So The Smile Shop was born, a small boutique practice in Sydney's Darlinghurst. A bright, vibrant and happy environment where our busy team enjoy working and our patients keep returning. At The Smile Shop, your dental health and smile are genuinely important to us, and you will find we are dedicated to ensuring you look and feel your best.

In late 2007, Mark was featured on national television, having returned from Europe where he filmed a national TV campaign for Colgate after being shortlisted from a select group of Australian dentists.

Mark continues to remain at the fore-front of dental technology and continuing education, with a focus on advancing professional whitening. He was invited to Kuala Lumpur in mid 2008 to become an international guest speaker for Discus Dental, where his unique and personal approach to practice management and Zoom! Whitening received rave reviews.
